Hello, I'm
Electrical Engineering Student @ Cal Poly SLO
Building circuits, writing firmware, and turning ideas into working hardware. Open to internships and research opportunities.
I'm an Electrical Engineering student at Cal Poly SLO with a passion for building things that work — from firmware and circuit design to full hardware prototypes. I enjoy the full loop: simulating a design, laying out the PCB, building it on the bench, and proving it out on an oscilloscope.
Outside of engineering, I'm an avid mountain biker and former coach, which taught me a lot about leadership, real-time decision-making, and communicating clearly under pressure.
I'm currently seeking internships and research opportunities in EE, embedded systems, or hardware design for Summer 2026.
Designed and built a reaction-time testing system that measures and compares user response to both light and sound stimuli. Used hardware interrupts in C++ for millisecond-precision timing, with results displayed live on an LCD.
Designed and simulated a 4-bit DAC using summing op-amps and an R-2R resistor ladder in LTSpice, achieving 16 discrete voltage steps. Fabricated a 1" × 1" PCB in Autodesk Fusion 360 using SMD components and verified analog output with a binary counter and oscilloscope.
